At sHū addi LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in line with the terms below.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Process: Email shuaddi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once returned items are inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available. Please follow the return process above and indicate your exchange preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/clearance items

• Customized or personalized products

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
